Plan Managers are here to help take the stress out of using your funding by taking on all the compliance requirements, processing your claims and storing your financial information. Something for each participant of the NDIS to note, that most Plan Managers do not make you aware of, is that it is the participant’s choice in where funding will be used and as such it is the participant’s liability when it comes to appropriate use of funding. A Plan Manager’s position is to provide the services of processing and making payments and give you guidance in finding information to help you make choices that are reasonable and necessary in the area’s that support is required.
